Job summary

PT Changhong Meiling Electric Indonesia in Palembang seeks a Sales Representative responsible for achieving sales targets in the assigned Palembang area, driving sell-in and sell-out, and developing distribution channels.

You will visit electronics stores, distributors and dealers, build relationships, promote products, negotiate prices, and report on performance and pipeline to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any major.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Sales/Salesman, preferably in the electronics or home appliance industry.
• Experienced in handling both sell-in and sell-out activities.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, distribution channels, and market development.
• Willing to be placed and work in Palembang.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets in the Palembang area.
• Drive sell-in and sell-out activities to meet targets.
• Visit customers including electronics stores, distributors, dealers, and potential outlets.
• Develop new customers and expand market coverage in the assigned area.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to support growth.
• Present and promote products, sales programs, and promotions.
• Negotiate prices, follow-ups, and close with customers.
• Monitor product availability, stock movement, and sell-out at outlets.
• Monitor competitor activities and market conditions in Palembang.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and pipeline.
