Job summary

ABB in Jakarta seeks a Service Sales professional to lead sales of the service portfolio across the installed base, collaborating with the Local Division Manager and ABB service units.

You will build long-term customer relationships, respond promptly to needs, and drive profitable service opportunities within the designated area, supporting Life Cycle Management and cross-selling across ABB’s service offerings.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of service sales experience in LV & MV switchgear.
• Strong understanding of LV/MV switchgear products and solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Penetrating into IB, promoting upgrades, retrofits and value-add solutions.
• Understanding the channel strategy, pricing, and sales plan recovery.
• Generating service sales leads and identifying new market opportunities.
• Acting as a marketer/salesperson during campaigns, trade shows, and meetings.
