Job summary

Berufsausbildung International® in Jakarta is seeking a proactive sales-oriented candidate to learn our service range and clearly communicate it to customers. You will handle inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins while developing relationships and pursuing new opportunities.

The role requires bilingual Bahasa Indonesia and English, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to close deals under pressure to meet monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree student or equivalent work experience.
• At least 1 year experience in B2C, marketing, and related fields.
• Fresh graduates with relevant experience are welcome.
• Excellent oral and written communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to work with minimum supervision.
• Sales-driven with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing environments and schedules.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent selling skills, people oriented, ability to close deals.
