Seven Retail in Medan is seeking an Education Consultant to guide first-time customers, assess needs, and tailor study plans during consultations.

You will deliver compelling program pitches, showcase upselling opportunities, and maintain robust customer relationships to drive referrals and long-term engagement. Experience in education sales is a plus; teamwork and a service mindset are essential, with weekend shifts required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year experience in sales or direct selling B2C.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and promotion skills.
• Excellent service mindset with can-do attitude and team spirit.
• Results-driven with willingness to work in shifts.
• Ability to work on weekends; off-days Mon–Fri.

Requirement

Service mindset: treating each customer the way you want to be treated

Sales ability: delivering effective sales pitch & closing deals

• Minimum 1-year experience in sales, or direct selling B2C
• Excellent interpersonal communication and promotion skills
• Excellent service , can do attitude and ability to work as a team
• A results-driven person
• Willing to work in shift
• Ability to work on weekends (the off-days will be between Mon. to Fri.)
• Sales in education industry experience is a plus
