Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree student or equivalent work experience.
• At least 1 year experience in B2C, marketing, and related fields.
• Fresh graduates with relevant experience are welcome.
• Excellent oral and written communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to work with minimum supervision.
• Sales-driven with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing environments and schedules.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent selling skills, people oriented, ability to close deals.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep and clear understanding of the company's service range and communicate it clearly to customers.
• Answer all services related questions from customers in a polite manner and addressing queries promptly.
• Be resourceful and demonstrate good skills to find and approach new customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries; serve walk-in customers.
• Arrange outdoor visits to identify and pursue sales opportunities to achieve targets.
• Plan, organize and drive progress to meet sales targets and business objectives.
• Prepare Monthly & Weekly Sales activities reports and regular update of Berufsausbildung International customers.
