Job summary

Seven-Retail Group in Bali is seeking an Education Consultant to advise customers on suitable study plans, present programs, and drive upsell opportunities. You will manage student data and build strong client relationships to boost retention and referrals.

Responsibilities include conducting consultations, promoting programs, and maintaining a sales-oriented database, while adapting to shift work including weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year experience in sales or direct selling B2C.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and promotion skills.
• Willing to work in shift.
• Ability to work on weekends (off-days Mon-Fri).

• Build strong rapport and trust with customers and maintain good relationships to ensure their willingness to retain and collect potential numbers of referrals

Requirement:

Service mindset: treating each customer the way you want to be treated

Sales ability: delivering effective sales pitch & closing deals

• Minimum 1-year experience in sales, or direct selling B2C
• Excellent interpersonal communication and promotion skills
• Excellent service , can do attitude and ability to work as a team
• A results-driven person
• Willing to work in shift
• Ability to work on weekends (the off-days will be between Mon. to Fri.)
• Sales in education industry experience is a plus
