Job summary

International Global Network is seeking a results‑driven sales support professional in South Jakarta. You will handle leads across WhatsApp, calls, and Zoom, assess student and parent needs, and recommend suitable programs to guide decisions.

You will nurture strong relationships with students, parents, delegates, and alumni, while maintaining thorough follow-ups in our CRM. A hybrid work setup and overseas event opportunities add value to the role.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s graduates from any major are welcome.
• Confident communicating in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Enjoy connecting and building relationships with students and parents.
• Target-driven, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous experience in telesales, education, consulting, or a similar role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle and follow up on incoming leads through WhatsApp, phone calls, and Zoom.
• Understand students’ and parents’ needs and recommend suitable programs based on their interests and goals.
• Build trust through friendly and professional conversations and guide students and parents through the decision‑making process.
• Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, delegates, and alumni.
• Conduct consistent and well‑documented follow-ups using the assigned CRM/system.
• Maintain service quality in accordance with company SOPs.
• Support participant preparation before events and ensure required documents are complete.
• Drive retention, re‑engagement, rejoining, and referrals from participants and fresh alumni.
• Support other sales and customer relationship activities as needed.
