Job summary

AIMSIS helps schools and education foundations reduce administrative work through academic management, parent applications, tuition billing and payments, admissions, and computer-based testing.

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to personally close institutional sales, coach a small sales team, and drive growth across private schools and education foundations. Hybrid role based in Jakarta with school visits and travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years in consultative B2B sales.
• Track record of closing sales to schools or education institutions.
• Experience coaching salespeople or leading a small team.
• Strong discovery, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel and visit schools.
• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Develop opportunities with private schools and education foundations.
• Lead discovery, demonstrations, proposals, negotiation, and contracts.
• Build relationships with foundation boards, principals, finance teams, and IT stakeholders.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast in Pipedrive.
• Coach salespeople through weekly account reviews and joint visits.
• Ensure scope, pricing, timelines, and delivery commitments.
