Job summary

Pendidikan is seeking an Event Coordinator to lead end-to-end event preparation, drive ticket sales strategies, and build partnerships with sponsors, schools, communities, and brands. You will manage pitching, negotiations, and follow-up, while keeping databases up to date and coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and talent.

The role requires proactive networking, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to work under deadlines and outside regular hours during events.

Qualifications

• Experience in event, sales, marketing, sponsorship, or partnership is a plus.
• Communicative, confident, and skilled in negotiation.
• Proactive in identifying opportunities and networking.
• Able to work with targets and deadlines.
• Problem solver and able to work under pressure.
• Able to work individually and as part of a team.
• Willing to work outside regular hours during event preparation and on event day.
• Existing network with schools, communities, or brands is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute events from planning to implementation.
• Develop and execute ticket sales strategies aligned with targets.
• Identify and establish partnerships with sponsors, schools, communities, and partners.
• Conduct pitching, negotiation, and follow-up with potential sponsors and partners.
• Create and maintain databases for ticket sales and sponsorship monitoring.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, venues, talent, and crew.
• Ensure all event requirements are prepared and executed according to schedule.
• Prepare post-event evaluation and reports.
