Job summary

Ruangguru for Business is seeking a skilled manager to coordinate and oversee branches in Sulawesi Selatan, Makassar. You will lead initiatives to boost student engagement and ensure customer satisfaction through a comprehensive understanding of operations and PnL management.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree and possesses strong leadership and people management skills with experience in Sales & Marketing. Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required, and experience as an English teacher is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
• Leadership experience in Sales & Marketing or Business Operations is preferred.
• Good knowledge of people management with team handling experience.
• Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Experience as an English teacher is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage branches within the regional area.
• Lead activities and marketing efforts to drive student engagement.
• Manage Profit and Loss (PnL) and optimize revenue.
• Oversee the entire customer experience.
