Job summary

RecruitFirst in Indonesia seeks an experienced E-commerce Director to lead our fashion and beauty marketplace strategy. You will oversee GMV growth, P&L, and cross-functional teams across online platforms including marketplaces and our D2C site.

The role requires 7+ years in e-commerce, cosmetics industry familiarity, and fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia. You will manage campaigns, pricing, inventory, forecasting, and reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of e-commerce experience with managerial background.
• Experience in cosmetics/skincare industries.
• Strong track record in ROAS, CAC, and conversion rate.
• Knowledge of BPOM regulations and halal certification.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Define e-commerce strategy, roadmap, and budget.
• Oversee official stores on marketplaces and D2C site.
• Lead campaign planning, partnerships, and negotiations.
• Drive performance marketing, live commerce, affiliates, and KOLs.
• Manage inventory, pricing, forecasting, and fulfillment.
• Build and lead the e-commerce team and report to leadership.

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of e-commerce experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in the cosmetics, skincare, or personal care industry.
• Strong track record in GMV growth, P&L management, and cross-functional leadership.
• Expertise in marketplace ads, TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, and key e-commerce metrics such as ROAS, CAC, and conversion rate.
• Good understanding of BPOM regulations, product claims, and halal certification.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets and GA4 proficiency.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
