Job summary

Permata Indonesia is seeking an Online Executive to manage day-to-day e-commerce operations and support strategic growth for a leading FMCG cosmetics brand in South Jakarta.

The role centers on content management, CRM, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to drive online sales and elevate customer experience. You will optimize D2C performance and collaborate across marketing, product, and tech teams to maintain luxury aesthetics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field.
• 2–4 years in e-commerce ops, digital marketing, or online content management, preferably in beauty/luxury retail.
• Proven track record in managing D2C websites and achieving sales targets.
• Proficiency with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Power BI.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and A/B testing methodologies.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM/Commerce Cloud/Marketing Cloud is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong passion for beauty industry and luxury brand aesthetics.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
