Yadea Indonesia is seeking a results-driven E-commerce Operations & Digital Marketing professional to manage product listings across Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. You will plan campaigns and promotions to drive online sales, monitor performance metrics, and ensure consistent visuals across platforms.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, with a strong grasp of marketplace algorithms and analytics tools to identify

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms and promotional tools.
• Proficient in using e-commerce dashboards and analytics (Shopee/Seller Center, TikTok Shop, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and optimize product listings on e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.).
• Plan and execute online sales campaigns, flash sales, and promotional activities.
• Monitor store performance, including sales, conversion rates, and customer reviews.
• Coordinate with marketing, design, and inventory teams to ensure product availability and visual consistency.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
