Job summary

PT UMAX HUB INDONESIA is seeking a seasoned E-commerce Lead to develop and implement sales strategies on Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Tokopedia. You will guide the e-commerce team to drive daily operations and engagement.

You will analyze market trends, coordinate creation of engaging content, and build strong relationships with customers and partners. Fluency in English is mandatory and leadership is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or related field from reputable University.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in e-commerce, with an emphasis on social media strategies and platform management.
• Strong knowledge to managing marketing campaigns and e-commerce strategies on Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop.
• Strong knowledge of industry trends and competitors in the e-commerce market.
• Ability to analyze sales data and customer behavior to inform business decisions.
• In-depth knowledge of social media trends and e-commerce platforms such as TikTok and Shopee.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Fluent in English is mandatory.
