Job summary

MANDYS Shoes & EVOL is seeking a Digital Marketing professional specializing in Ads & E-commerce to manage online stores across marketplaces and websites. You will drive sales growth, optimize store performance, and run promotional campaigns while ensuring accurate listings, pricing, and inventory.

This role requires strong analytics, Excel/Sheets skills, and excellent communication to coordinate across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of Ads & E-commerce experience, preferably in Fashion, Footwear, Lifestyle, Beauty, or Retail.
• Strong knowledge of Shopee, TikTok Shop, and marketplace operations.
• Experience managing promotional campaigns and marketplace ads is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel or Google Sheets (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Familiar with marketplace analytics dashboards and reporting.
• Understanding of online customer behavior and sales funnels.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to work 100% from the office (WFO)
