Job summary

EVERTRADE SOLUTION INDONESIA is seeking a seasoned E-commerce Lead to develop and implement strategies that boost sales and engagement on TikTok and Shopee. You will manage a dynamic team, ensuring efficient daily operations and data-driven decision making.

You will analyze market performance and trends, coordinate engaging content, and nurture strong relationships with customers and partners in a fast-paced Indonesian market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field from reputable University.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in e-commerce with emphasis on social media strategies and platform management.
• Strong knowledge of managing marketing campaigns and e-commerce strategies on Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop.
• Deep understanding of industry trends and competitors in the e-commerce market.
• Ability to analyze sales data and customer behavior to inform business decisions.
