• Analytical mindset with data-driven approach to KPIs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with quick decision-making.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy standards.
• Fluent in Indonesian; English a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the ecommerce operations team, including order processing, picking, packing, and shipping activities
• Monitor and optimise warehouse operations to ensure timely order fulfilment and accuracy
• Track inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to maintain optimal stock levels across all ecommerce channels
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to minimise errors and returns
• Analyse operational metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure reliable and cost-effective shipping solutions
• Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance performance and maintain high standards
• Manage escalations and resolve operational challenges promptly
• Prepare regular reports on operational performance and provide recommendations to senior management
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies within the operations area
