Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an Ecommerce Supervisor to join our Tangerang team. The role oversees daily ecommerce activities, coordinates sales efforts, and leads a team to hit ambitious online targets while maintaining excellent customer service.

The candidate should bring 2-3 years of ecommerce supervisory experience, strong leadership, and fluency in English and Indonesian. The position is full-time and onsite in Tangerang, with growth opportunities in a dynamic sales environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in ecommerce sales, sales coordination or a similar supervisory role.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms, marketplaces and online sales channels.
• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Outstanding organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ecommerce management systems.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage ecommerce sales coordinators to ensure daily operations and targets are met.
• Monitor and analyse ecommerce performance, including sales metrics and customer behaviour.
• Coordinate product listings, inventory management and order fulfilment across channels.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase online revenue and market share.
• Manage customer inquiries, complaints and escalations to ensure positive experiences.
