Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior E-Commerce Manager to grow our fashion and lifestyle brands across Indonesia and Turkey. You will own online sales channels, lead the e-commerce team, and drive performance on Shopify, Etsy, and other marketplaces.

You will optimize conversion, merchandising, and campaigns, explore new platforms, and leverage data, AI, and automation to boost efficiency and revenue. Previous leadership in fashion e-commerce is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in E-Commerce Management.
• Experience in fashion, textile, or apparel is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify, Etsy and online marketplaces.
• Experience managing and leading teams.
• Commercial mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with AI and automation tools is a plus.
