Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a contract-based e-commerce operations coordinator to manage online stores across Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, and other marketplaces. The role includes listing products, updating stock, pricing, and running promotions to drive sales.

You will handle end-to-end order processing, ensure timely deliveries, and deliver responsive customer support. The position requires a SMA/SMK equivalent education and a personal laptop, with strong teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum Senior High School / Vocational School graduate (SMA/SMK equivalent).
• Owns a personal laptop for work.
• Detail-oriented, target-driven, and capable of working both independently and in a team.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Open to learning and adapting in the fast-paced e-commerce industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage online store operations across multiple marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, etc.).
• Handle order processing from confirmation to shipment coordination.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, chats, and reviews promptly.
• Monitor store performance metrics (sales, traffic, ratings) and generate regular reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify improvements and maximize sales growth.
