Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an Ecommerce Supervisor to join our Tangerang team. The role oversees daily ecommerce activities, coordinates sales efforts, and leads a team to hit ambitious online targets while maintaining excellent customer service.

The candidate should bring 2-3 years of ecommerce supervisory experience, strong leadership, and fluency in English and Indonesian. The position is full-time and onsite in Tangerang, with growth opportunities in a dynamic sales environment.

Responsibilities

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Supervisor to join our dynamic sales team in Tangerang, Banten. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in driving our online sales operations and ensuring exceptional performance across all ecommerce channels. As Ecommerce Supervisor, you will oversee daily ecommerce activities, manage sales coordination efforts, and lead a team to achieve ambitious sales targets whilst maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage ecommerce sales coordinators and team members to ensure efficient daily operations and performance targets are met
• Monitor and analyse ecommerce platform performance, including sales metrics, conversion rates and customer behaviour patterns
• Coordinate product listings, inventory management and order fulfilment across all ecommerce channels
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase online revenue and market share
• Manage customer inquiries, complaints and escalations to ensure positive customer experiences and retention
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and provide insights to senior management
• Collaborate with marketing, logistics and product teams to optimise ecommerce operations
• Train and mentor sales coordinators on best practices, product knowledge and customer service standards
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, inventory levels and customer data
