Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and distribution activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping to ensure timely delivery and accuracy.

You will lead the logistics team, monitor inventory with regular audits, optimise layouts, coordinate with suppliers and customers, enforce safety protocols, track KPIs, and prepare reports with recommendations for process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, distribution or supply chain operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems, inventory control and logistics best practices
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team effectively, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication skills in both written and verbal formats, with the ability to interact effectively with team members, management and external stakeholders
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high accuracy standards in inventory and documentation
• Knowledge of safety regulations and health standards applicable to warehouse and logistics operations
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes in the logistics industry

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse and distribution operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping of goods
• Manage and coordinate logistics team members, providing guidance, training and performance feedback to ensure high productivity and service standards
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management through regular audits and reconciliation procedures
• Optimise warehouse layout and storage procedures to maximise space utilisation and operational efficiency
• Liaise with suppliers, customers and internal departments to coordinate shipments and resolve logistics-related issues
• Implement and maintain health, safety and security protocols within the warehouse and distribution facility
• Track key performance indicators such as on-time delivery rates, inventory accuracy and warehouse safety metrics
• Prepare reports on logistics operations and provide recommendations for process improvements
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations and customer requirements
• Manage warehouse equipment and coordinate maintenance to ensure optimal functionality
