Job summary

Cheil Indonesia is seeking a freelance Marketplace Operations Specialist in Jakarta for a 3‑month project. You will manage day‑to‑day 2P marketplace operations and campaigns, monitor key metrics, and optimize performance across Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Blibli, and TikTok Shop.

The role requires 1 year of e‑commerce experience, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and fluent English. You will work on-site in Jakarta and collaborate with internal teams and partners to drive results.

Qualifications

• 1 year of e-commerce/marketplace experience.
• Hands-on with major platforms: Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Blibli, TikTok Shop.
• Understanding of marketplace campaigns and performance marketing.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Intermediate–Advanced English.

• Support marketplace campaigns, promotions, pricing, vouchers, and product assortment.
• Manage storefront, product listings, and visual merchandising.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and marketplace partners.
• Analyze performance and provide actionable optimization recommendations.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of e-commerce/marketplace experience.
• Hands-on experience with Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Blibli, TikTok Shop, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of marketplace operations, campaigns, and performance marketing.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Intermediate–Advanced English.
• Willing to work full WFO in Jakarta on a freelance project basis for 3 months.
