Anda akan menjembatani tim internal dengan klien eksternal, mengelola stok, SKU, serta dekorasi halaman utama, dan bekerja sama dengan Relationship Managers marketplace untuk kampanye efektif.

Qualifications

• Pengalaman di operasi e-commerce, pemasaran digital, atau manajemen marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Berperan sebagai jembatan komunikasi antara tim internal dan klien eksternal.
• Mengelola operasional marketplace harian di semua platform (Biotalk e-commerce).
• Memantau backend seperti stok, SKU, dan dekorasi homepage.
• Mengkoordinasikan dengan Relationship Managers marketplace (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, Blibli).
• Menerapkan CRO untuk meningkatkan penjualan.
• Melakukan intelligence kompetitif untuk tren pasar dan pesaing.
• Bekerja lintas fungsi untuk kampanye e-commerce yang sukses.
• Mengembangkan rencana promosi bulanan, selaras dengan divisi terkait.
• Bekerjasama dengan Livestream Team untuk promosi via livestream.
• Merencanakan, memantau, mengevaluasi proyek peluncuran produk dan inisiatif baru.
• Pastikan eksekusi proyek lancar dengan koordinasi timeline dan deliverables.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

The Digital Commerce role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing e-commerce operations across multiple marketplace platforms (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia). This position requires strong coordination skills to communicate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and marketplace relationship managers to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, promotions, and overall e-commerce performance.

• Act as a bridge for communication between internal teams and external clients.
• Manage and oversee daily marketplace operations across all platforms (Biotalk e-commerce).
• Maintain backend operations, including product stock management, SKU management, and homepage decoration.
• Communicate and coordinate with marketplace Relationship Managers (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, Blibli) to optimize marketplace presence.
• Perform Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies to improve sales performance.
• Conduct competitive intelligence to track trends and competitor movements within marketplaces.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute successful e-commerce campaigns and promotions.
• Develop and implement a monthly promotion plan, ensuring alignment with all divisions.
• Work closely with the Livestream Team to integrate promotional plans via the livestream channel, enhancing sales and conversion rates.
• Plan, maintain, monitor, and evaluate internal projects related to product launches and new e-commerce initiatives.
• Ensure smooth execution of projects by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and team responsibilities.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Experience in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, or marketplace management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct competitor analysis and trend tracking.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
• Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada, Blibli).
• Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams to drive results.
