Job summary

Unilever is seeking an Assistant Customer Facing Manager GT Eastern Java for a 6-month contract, based at Grha Unilever. This role serves as the key Supply Chain liaison for Customer Development and distributors in Eastern Java, driving service improvements and end-to-end order-to-cash efficiency.

The position requires an undergraduate degree in relevant fields and at least 2 years in supply chain, with strong stakeholder management and negotiation capabilities.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain/Engineering/Business fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in supply chain.
• Strong stakeholder management capability.
• Negotiation and objection management with risk identification.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Supply Chain partner and point of contact for Customer Development team and distributors in Eastern Java.
• Drive improvements in service KPIs, including DR, NMSM, and operational savings.
• Manage end-to-end order-to-cash process and resolve customer issues through data-driven analysis.
• Strengthen governance across Customer Portal processes, reverse logistics, and fulfillment activities.
• Lead automation and continuous improvement initiatives within Customer Facing GT.
• Collaborate closely with internal Customer Experience, Logistics, Planning, Quality, Customer Development, distributors, and external logistics partners to ensure reliable customer service.
