Job summary

Unilever in Indonesia is hiring for an Assistant Customer Facing Manager GT Eastern Java for a 6-month contract. You will partner with the Customer Development team, coordinate with distributors in Eastern Java, and drive improvements in service KPIs while managing end-to-end order-to-cash processes.

The role requires an undergraduate degree related to supply chain or business, at least 2 years in supply chain, strong stakeholder management, negotiation skills, problem-solving and data analysis

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain/Engineering/Business related fields.
• At least 2 years working experiences in supply chain.
• Strong stakeholder management capability.
• Negotiation and Objection Management: ability to find common ground and commercially acceptable solutions with risk identification and management.
• Creative Problem Solving: awareness and intervention through the value chain to seek disruptive, impactful solutions.
• Personal Effectiveness: strong persistency and directing skill, strategic planning, ability to learn quickly, handle multiple tasks and assignments, resilient and calm under ambiguity.
• Proficient with productivity tools and data analysis; create insights from data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Supply Chain partner and point of contact for Customer Development team and distributors in Eastern Java.
• Drive improvements in key service KPIs, including DR, NMSM, and operational savings.
• Manage the end-to-end order-to-cash process and resolve customer issues through timely, data-driven analysis.
• Strengthen governance across Customer Portal processes, reverse logistics, and other fulfilment activities.
• Lead automation and continuous improvement initiatives within Customer Facing GT.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure reliable customer service.
