Job summary

Unilever is hiring for an Assistant Customer Facing Manager GT Eastern Java on a 6-month contract. You will act as the primary supply chain partner for the Customer Development team and distributors in Eastern Java, driving KPI improvements and managing end-to-end order-to-cash processes.

The role requires an undergraduate degree in related fields, at least 2 years in supply chain, and strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and data-analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Supply Chain partner and point of contact for Customer Development team and distributors in Eastern Java.
• Drive improvements in key service KPIs, including DR, NMSM, and operational savings.
• Manage the end-to-end order-to-cash process and resolve customer issues with data-driven analysis.
• Strengthen governance across Customer Portal processes, reverse logistics, and other fulfilment activities.
• Lead automation and continuous improvement initiatives within Customer Facing GT.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure reliable customer service.
