Job summary

Unilever is seeking an Assistant Customer Facing Manager for Eastern Java on a 6-month contract. Based at Grha Unilever, you will partner with Customer Development and distributors to ensure reliable order-to-cash processes and data-driven service improvements.

You will lead governance across customer portals, drive automation, and collaborate across Logistics, Quality, and external partners to deliver exceptional service and value in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain/Engineering/Business related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in supply chain.
• Strong stakeholder management capability.
• Excellent negotiation and issue-resolution skills.
• Creative problem solving with data-driven approach.
• Proficient with productivity tools and data analysis.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary supply chain partner for Customer Development and distributors in Eastern Java.
• Drive improvements in service KPIs and operational savings.
• Manage end-to-end order-to-cash processes and resolve customer issues with data-driven analysis.
• Strengthen governance across Customer Portal processes and fulfilment activities.
• Lead automation and continuous improvement initiatives within Customer Facing GT.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external logistics partners to ensure reliable service.
