Job summary

Unilever is seeking an Asst. Customer Facing Manager GT Eastern Java for a 6-Month Contract based at Grha Unilever in Eastern Java.

You will partner with the Customer Development team and distributors to optimize service KPIs and manage the full order-to-cash process, ensuring timely issue resolution with data-driven insights. The role demands strong stakeholder management and problem-solving across the value chain.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain/Engineering/Business related fields.
At least 2 years working experiences in supply chain.
Strong stakeholder management capability.
Negotiation and objection management with risk awareness.
Creative problem solving across the value chain to seek impactful solutions.
Effective strategic planning and ability to handle multiple tasks.
Proficient with data analysis and create insights from data.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary Supply Chain partner and point of contact for Customer Development team and distributors in Eastern Java.
Drive improvements in key service KPIs, including DR, NMSM, and operational savings.
Manage the end-to-end order-to-cash process and resolve customer issues through timely, data-driven analysis.
Strengthen governance across Customer Portal processes, reverse logistics, and other fulfilment activities.
Lead automation and continuous improvement initiatives within Customer Facing GT.
Collaborate closely with internal Customer Experience, Logistics, Planning, Quality, Customer Development, distributors, and external logistics partners to ensure reliable customer service.
