Job summary

Unilever is seeking an Assistant Customer Facing Manager for Eastern Java on a 6-month contract. Based at Grha Unilever, you will partner with Customer Development and distributors to drive service KPIs and resolve order-to-cash issues with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Supply Chain partner and point of contact for Customer Development team and distributors in Eastern Java.
• Drive improvements in service KPIs, including delivery reliability and operational savings.
• Manage the end-to-end order-to-cash process and resolve customer issues with data-driven analysis.
• Strengthen governance across Customer Portal processes, reverse logistics, and other fulfilment activities.
• Lead automation and continuous improvement initiatives within Customer Facing GT.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external logistics partners to ensure reliable customer service.
