Time International is seeking a Retail Operations Manager to drive sales performance, store productivity, and operational excellence across Indonesian stores. You will lead retail teams, analyze KPIs, and align with the Brand Principal to ensure consistent brand execution.

The role requires 4–6 years in Retail Operations, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Excel/Power BI/Tableau. Willingness to travel across Indonesian stores is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in Retail Operations, Area Management, or Retail Performance; fashion/accessories experience preferred.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills with good understanding of retail KPIs and proficiency in Excel/Power BI/Tableau.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and influencing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales performance and store productivity by analyzing Sales, Conversion Rate, UPT, ATV/AUR, and traffic, and implementing improvement strategies.
• Lead and coach retail teams to achieve sales targets, improve selling skills, and ensure consistent brand execution.
• Act as the liaison with the Brand Principal, cascading brand direction while providing market insights and feedback from Indonesia.
• Manage inventory movement, replenishment, and inter-store transfers to maximize product availability and sales opportunities.
• Oversee day-to-day retail operations, including Rubina, and collaborate with supporting functions to ensure smooth store execution.

• Drive sales performance and store productivity by analyzing Sales, Conversion Rate, UPT, ATV/AUR, and traffic, and implementing improvement strategies.
• Lead and coach retail teams to achieve sales targets, improve selling skills, and ensure consistent brand execution.
• Act as the liaison with the Brand Principal, cascading brand direction while providing market insights and feedback from Indonesia.
• Manage inventory movement, replenishment, and inter-store transfers to maximize product availability and sales opportunities.
• Oversee day-to-day retail operations, including Rubina, and collaborate with supporting functions to ensure smooth store execution.
