Time International invites an experienced Retail Operations Associate Manager to spearhead luxury watches and jewelry retail across Jakarta. You will ensure brand standards, elevate store performance, and lead Area and Store Managers toward high performance.

You will collaborate with Merchandising, Supply Chain, HR, and Marketing to optimize operations, inventory health, and the customer experience while travelling monthly for store visits and reviews.

Retail Operations Associate Manager - Luxury Watches & Jewelry

What You'll Do :

• Lead and oversee retail operations across multiple store locations, ensuring operational excellence and consistency with company and brand standards
• Drive sales performance, operational productivity, and service excellence through effective execution and performance monitoring
• Conduct regular store visits to review operational performance, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure timely execution of action plans
• Coach and develop Area Managers and Store Managers to build high-performing teams and strengthen leadership capabilities
• Ensure compliance with operational SOPs, policies, visual merchandising standards, and customer service expectations
• Partner with Merchandising, Supply Chain, HR, Marketing, and other support functions to ensure seamless store operations and business execution
• Monitor inventory accuracy, stock availability, and shrinkage to support healthy inventory management and maximise sales opportunities
• Analyse sales, operational, and productivity reports to identify trends, optimise store performance, and support business decision-making
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and overall business performance

What You’ll Need To Succeed :

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Retail, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Retail Operations, Area Management, or Multi-Store Management within a multi-site retail environment
• Strong understanding of retail operations, store performance management, and operational best practices
• Proven track record of driving sales growth, operational excellence, and business performance across multiple stores
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to coach, develop, and inspire high-performing teams
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales, productivity, inventory, and operational data to drive business decisions
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced with POS and retail management systems
• Willing to travel regularly for store visits and operational reviews
