Job summary

USAMS INDONESIA is seeking an E-Commerce Specialist to manage daily online sales operations across marketplaces, support customer experience, and coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners. You will handle SKU management, promotions, order processing, and shipment monitoring, analyze sales data, and contribute to campaigns like flash sales and brand days.

The role requires a diploma or bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year in e-commerce operations, with strong communication and detail

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Communications or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in E-Commerce Operations, Marketplace Operations, Customer Service, or similar role.
• Experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, digital commerce, or related role.
• Experience managing platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, or Tokopedia preferred.
• Familiar with marketplace operations including SKU management, promotions, vouchers, order processing, and shipment monitoring.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills with good problem-solving ability.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working with transactional data, reports, and administrative processes.
• Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets and AI-based tools to support daily operational work.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily online sales operations across marketplaces.
• Support customer experience and handle customer inquiries.
• Coordinate across marketplaces, internal teams, and logistics partners.
• Manage SKU management, promotions, vouchers, order processing, and shipment monitoring.
• Follow up with customers from order placement to receipt of product.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate promotional campaigns (flash sales, brand days).
• Work with sales data and performance reports.
