Time International in Jakarta is seeking an E-Commerce Website Operations Specialist to own daily website operations, from product data to promotions and content, across channels.

You will plan campaigns with Marketing, Creative, and Social Media, manage SKU listings and promotional setups, and monitor performance to improve customer journeys. Collaboration and attention to detail are essential in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, website management, digital commerce, or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, as well as SAP, POS systems, and digital analytics/marketing tools.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, promotions, campaign execution, and online customer journeys.
• Highly detail-oriented and hands-on, with ownership of content, promotions, and campaigns.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website, ensuring product data, pricing, promotions, banners, and content are accurate and up to date.
• Plan and execute e-commerce campaigns across digital touchpoints with Marketing, Creative, and Social Media teams.
• Manage SKU allocation, product listings, promotional mechanics, and campaign setups across sales channels.
• Monitor website traffic, sales performance, and campaign results to improve customer journey and conversion.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on co-branding initiatives and campaign execution.
• Manage customer-facing messaging to ensure a seamless online shopping experience.
• Conduct regular testing to ensure website updates, promotions, and journeys run smoothly.
