Job summary

PT Global Digital Live Commerce in Jakarta Barat is seeking an e-commerce operations specialist to drive brand visibility and sales across online marketplaces, with focus on TikTok Shop and Shopee.

You will monitor product listings, pricing, stock, and promotions, and collaborate with Marketing, Logistics, and Customer Service to ensure smooth online operations while analyzing performance and optimizing campaigns for growth.

• Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to increase brand visibility and sales across online marketplaces, especially TikTok Shop and Shopee
• Monitor and optimize product listings, pricing, stock availability, and promotional campaigns
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Logistics, and Customer Service, to ensure smooth online operations
• Analyze sales performance, traffic data, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement
• Develop and manage affiliate marketing and creator-based programs to support sales growth
• Stay updated on e-commerce trends, platform developments, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities
• Ensure all online content and campaigns consistently reflect the brand identity and value proposition

About you

• Good knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketplace ecosystems, especially TikTok Shop and Shopee
• Proven experience in handling online customer inquiries, complaints, and escalation management
• Strong persuasive communication and product explanation skills
• Ability to multitask and manage high volumes of customer and creator interactions while maintaining service quality
• Data-driven mindset with basic analytical skills using Excel, Google Data Studio/Looker Studio, or similar tools
• Strong understanding or interest in affiliate marketing and creator ecosystems is a plus
• Minimum 1 year experience in related field (Enabler/Ecommerce/Brand)
