Job summary

EVERTRADE SOLUTION INDONESIA is seeking an experienced e-commerce leader to develop and implement strategies to boost sales and engagement on TikTok and Shopee. You will manage and guide the e-commerce team to ensure smooth daily operations.

You will analyze market performance and latest trends to make strategic decisions while coordinating the creation and publication of engaging social media content. This role demands strong leadership and hands-on collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field from reputable University.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in e-commerce, with an emphasis on social media strategies and platform management.
• Strong knowledge of managing marketing campaigns and e-commerce strategies on Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop.
• Strong knowledge of industry trends and competitors in the e-commerce market.
• Ability to analyze sales data and customer behavior to inform business decisions.
• In-depth knowledge of social media trends and e-commerce platforms such as TikTok and Shopee.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Fluent in English is mandatory.
