Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, IT, statistics or related field.
• At least 3 years in e-commerce, website management, or digital merchandising.
• Familiar with Magento, Shopify or OpenCart.
• Strong analytics and ability to translate data into actions.
• Knowledge of retail business and consumer behavior is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and customer-focused with strong communication.
• Good presentation skills and cross-functional collaboration.
• Willing to be placed in Karawaci, Tangerang.

Responsibilities

• Manage website merchandising activities to enhance the online shopping experience.
• Develop on-site merchandising strategies to improve visibility and sales.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Marketing, and Development teams on campaigns.
• Monitor website performance, sales trends, and customer behavior to optimize conversions.
