Matahari, Indonesia's premier department store chain, placement in Batam, is seeking a candidate to oversee operations including merchandising, shrinkage, customer experience, and manpower. The role focuses on directing and developing the team while aiming to achieve sales targets and drive productivity improvements.

Candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree (GPA ≥ 2.75), be proficient in English, and be willing to work in shifts. Retail experience is preferred for this position in Batam.

Achieving sales target, analyzing productivity, and providing recommendation for improvements.

Requirements:
