Job summary

Matahari, Indonesia's premier department store chain, seeks a Product Owner/Business Analyst to own the WMS and inbound delivery applications. You will prioritize the backlog, translate requirements into specs, and lead enhancements and new implementations across the enterprise platform ecosystem.

You will collaborate with ERP, Supplier Portal, and Omnichannel teams, manage UAT cycles, ensure data accuracy, and drive automation and process improvements while aligning with warehousing operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, CS, supply chain, or related field.
• 3–5 years as Product Owner/Business Analyst in IT/software.
• Experience with WMS, logistics or supply chain apps.
• Understanding of warehouse operations (receiving, put-away, inventory, dispatch).
• Retail or consumer industry experience preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, documentation, and cross-functional project skills.
• SQL, reporting, middleware/integration troubleshooting is a plus.

• Lead delivery of enhancements, upgrades, and new implementations.
• Manage UAT cycles, sign-offs, and ensure seamless project delivery.
• Collaborate on system integration with ERP, Supplier Portal, Omnichannel and others enterprise platform .
• Troubleshoot integration issues and maintain data accuracy across systems.
• Monitor system performance, gather feedback, and drive automation & process improvements.
• Willing to be placed in Balaraja, Tangerang.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in IT/software development
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), logistics, or supply chain applications is strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations and inbound/supplier delivery processes (receiving, put-away, inventory, dispatch)
• Retail or consumer industry experience preferred.
• Skilled in stakeholder management, documentation, and cross-functional projects.
• Analytical, problem-solving mindset with ability to handle multiple priorities.
• SQL, reporting tools, technical troubleshooting, and middleware/integration experience are a plus.
