Job summary

Midea Electronics Indonesia in South Tangerang, Banten is seeking a PSI Specialist to analyze PSI data and drive decision-making across production, sales and inventory. This full-time role supports manufacturing, transport and logistics operations and aims to optimise supply chain efficiency and profitability.

You will apply 3+ years in demand/supply planning, leverage Excel and ERP systems, and collaborate across sales, product and supply-chain teams to improve forecast accuracy and inventory

Qualifications

• 3+ years of demand planning, supply planning, PSI or S&OP experience.
• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering or related field.
• Strong Excel skills; SAP/ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage PSI planning and rolling forecasts for the Indonesia MBT business.
• Translate sales forecasts into procurement, supply and inventory plans.
• Conduct regular PSI reviews with sales, product and supply-chain teams.
• Monitor inventory turnover, aging, shortages and slow-moving stock.
• Coordinate with HQ factories/supply chain and improve forecast accuracy/inventory efficiency

About the role

We are seeking a PSI Specialist to join Midea Electronics Indonesia in South Tangerang, Banten. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in our manufacturing, transport and logistics operations. As a PSI Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive analysis and reporting on Production, Sales and Inventory (PSI) data to drive informed decision-making across our operations. This position is essential to optimising our supply chain efficiency, inventory management and production planning, directly contributing to the company's operational excellence and profitability.

What you’ll be doing
