Job summary

Midea Electronics Indonesia is seeking a Data Center Field Service Technician to join our on-site team in South Tangerang, Banten. The contract position focuses on installing, maintaining and troubleshooting data center equipment to ensure uptime and reliability for clients.

Ideal candidates have a technical background in HVAC or related fields and at least 2 years of HVAC installation/service experience, plus strong hands-on and troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• Technical background in HVAC, Refrigeration, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 2+ years of HVAC installation/service experience preferred.
• Strong hands-on and basic troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite inspection, maintenance and basic troubleshooting for data center equipment.
• Support installation, commissioning and repair activities.
• Support general commercial AC after-sales work when no urgent DC service is required.

About the role

Midea Electronics Indonesia is seeking a Data Center Field Service Technician to join our growing technical team. This is a contract position based in South Tangerang, Banten. As a Data Center Field Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of our data centre infrastructure. You will be responsible for the on-site installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of data centre equipment and systems. This role is essential to maintaining the uptime and efficiency of our critical infrastructure and directly supports our commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct onsite inspection, maintenance and basic troubleshooting for data center equipment.


• Support installation, commissioning and repair activities.


• Support general commercial AC after-sales work when no urgent DC service is required.
