Bosch is seeking a results-driven E-commerce professional to drive listings, promotions, and category strategy for PT online business from Jakarta. You will collaborate with BUs, SCMs, and key accounts to optimize online performance and drive growth across the e-commerce landscape.

The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, negotiation, and cross-functional coordination, with a focus on customer-centric online strategies and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales and Marketing domains with online commerce knowledge.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Understanding of product and assortment management.
• Proactive communication and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Ensures listings and sell-out of ranging, innovations and promotions and implements aligned category management approach
• Works out E-commerce Key Account advertising strategy
• Analyses and develops eCommerce trends and adapts those to PT online business
• Keeps stakeholders (BUs, SCMs, AMZ, AC Sales Lead, Other KAMs) informed internally on assigned E-commerce Key Account activities and feedback on market and from customers
