Job summary

BIOTA Smart Home in Jakarta is seeking a full-time on-site E-commerce Specialist. You will manage online sales channels, optimize marketplaces, and enhance the shopping experience to drive revenue and strengthen brand presence.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service, develop analytics-driven strategies, create compelling product listings, and stay ahead of e-commerce trends. A minimum of 3 years in e-commerce and at least 1 year in team leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

≥3 years in e-commerce management or digital marketing in tech/electronics.
Proven experience on Shopify and marketplaces like Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada.
Bachelor's in Marketing, Business Admin, or related field preferred.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication for persuasive content.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum 1 year of team leadership experience.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize e-commerce website and accounts on Tokopedia, Shopee, and Lazada to maximize sales.
Develop and execute e-commerce marketing strategies to increase traffic, conversion rates, and overall sales performance.
Monitor KPIs and utilize data analytics tools to evaluate sales trends and consumer behavior.
Create compelling product listings, including images and descriptions, that enhance product visibility and attract customers.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive messaging and customer experience across all channels.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to continually improve e-commerce performance
