Job summary

Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk in Jakarta seeks a Head of eCommerce to lead development and optimization of its E-Commerce & Marketplace business. You will drive annual/monthly plans, strategy, and growth initiatives across product assortment, launches, bundling, cross-sell and up-sell.

Responsibilities include optimizing store performance, analyzing GMV and AOV, and partnering with Principals to deliver insights and ROI-driven campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Management, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and optimization of the E-Commerce & Marketplace business to achieve sales, profitability, and sustainable growth targets.
• Develop annual and monthly commercial plans as well as e-commerce/marketplace channel strategy.
• Drive growth initiatives through product assortment, new product launches, bundling, cross-selling & up-selling.
• Optimize official store performance across marketplaces: listing, visibility, pricing, promotion, content, and stock availability.
• Analyze traffic, conversion, GMV, order volume, and AOV to design effective marketplace campaigns.
• Act as a business partner to Principals — providing market insight, consumer insight, and commercial recommendations.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with Principals to support mutual business growth.
• Design commercial programs (promotions, bundling, campaigns, loyalty programs) and evaluate ROI and sales impact.
• Develop competitive pricing & promotion strategies while maintaining profitability.
