Job summary

IDS Medical Systems Group is seeking a capable Key Account Manager to drive performance across e-commerce marketplaces and modern trade channels in Indonesia. You will oversee sales, margins, and promotions while ensuring premium brand visibility online.

You will coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to execute digital plans, campaigns, and product launches, while maintaining stock and optimizing digital KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field with relevant work experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in Key Account Management, E-Commerce, or Digital Commerce.
• Proven experience handling major e-commerce marketplaces and/or modern trade online channels.
• Experience in premium beauty, skincare, cosmetics, luxury goods, or consumer goods is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of P&L, trade terms, pricing, promotions, and digital sales performance.
• Familiar with marketplace seller/vendor centers, web analytics, digital advertising, and e-commerce performance metrics.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced digital retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned e-commerce marketplaces and modern trade websites, including sales, margin, trade spend, and overall account performance.
• Develop and execute digital commercial plans, promotional calendars, mega campaigns, brand days, and new product launches.
• Manage online storefronts, product assortment, merchandising, and product visibility to maintain premium brand positioning.
• Build strong relationships with marketplace and retail partners to secure visibility, commercial opportunities, and joint investments.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain to maintain healthy stock levels and minimize out-of-stock risks.
• Monitor sales, traffic, conversion rates, basket size, and other digital performance indicators to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Retail Operations, Supply Chain, Training, and other internal stakeholders.
