Job summary

Pt Akasha Wira International, Tbk in Depok, Indonesia, is seeking an innovative and data-driven E-commerce Growth Hacker to identify and implement rapid, scalable growth strategies for our online business. You will experiment with new marketing channels, optimize conversion funnels, and leverage analytics to drive improvements in acquisition, retention, and revenue.

Qualifications

Proven growth hacking or digital marketing experience with measurable results.
Strong analytics with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar.
Experience with A/B testing and CRO techniques.
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social, and email marketing.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute A/B tests and other experiments to optimize website conversion rates and user journeys.
Identify and explore new growth channels and marketing opportunities for customer acquisition.
Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and sales data to uncover insights and inform growth strategies.
Implement and manage customer retention programs, including email marketing and loyalty initiatives.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and tech teams to integrate growth initiatives across the business.
Stay abreast of the latest growth hacking techniques, tools, and industry trends.
