The role focuses on identifying initiatives to boost online sales and customer acquisition for the company’s e-commerce platform, leveraging analytics and marketing tactics to optimize the customer journey. You will work in a hybrid setup, collaborating with marketing, product, and sales to drive growth, run PPC and social ads, perform A/B testing, and report key performance

Qualifications

• 3+ years in e-commerce, digital marketing, or growth roles.
• Strong analytics with web analytics experience (GA) and CRO.
• Experience managing paid campaigns (Google Ads, social ads).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies for customer acquisition, retention and LTV across e-commerce channels.
• Analyze website data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
• Implement A/B tests to improve conversion rates and user experience.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales to align growth initiatives.
• Track and report key growth metrics with actionable insights.
