The role requires 8+ years of full-stack experience, strong TS/JS skills, and familiarity with SEO/analytics tools like HubSpot and GA4. AI-assisted development and programmatic search are core parts of the work.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-stack engineering experience shipping production web apps.
• Strong frontend skills in TypeScript/JavaScript, React/Astro, and modern HTML/CSS.
• Backend adaptability to Ruby on Rails (bonus, not required).
• Growth, tracking, SEO, and analytics with HubSpot, GA4, ads, and email tools.
• AI coding tools and autonomous agents experience.
• Indonesian citizen.

Responsibilities

• Own top-of-funnel and marketing surfaces: logged-out stack, landing pages, signup flows, and architecture.
• Full-stack growth autonomy: engineer, data analyst, and web designer for growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with core engineering to integrate growth experiments and data pipelines.
