Job summary

MISO is seeking a Growth Marketing Executive to join our Indonesia team and partner with founders to identify growth opportunities, analyze performance, and run experiments that scale our brand across Meta Ads, Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, and affiliates. You will focus on improving ROAS, CAC, and retention while collaborating with the Creative team to translate insights into winning content.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in growth or digital marketing.
• Experience managing e-commerce ads across platforms.
• Strong analytical skills using Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Run and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Shopee, Tokopedia, and other growth channels.
• Manage day-to-day campaign performance, including targeting, bidding, budgets, and optimization.
• Track ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, AOV, and GMV, and turn numbers into action.
• Analyze sales and marketplace data to identify winning products and audiences.
• Test and learn across creatives, offers, audiences, messaging, and strategies.
• Work with Creative team to turn insights into better-performing content and ads.
• Develop strategies to drive new customer acquisition, repeat purchase, and retention.
• Support growth initiatives from product launches and promotions to bundles and campaigns.
