Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from any major.
• At least 1 year working experience in brand management or related field.
• Experience handling online platforms such as Tokopedia and Shopee.
• Sales oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Customer oriented with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist to manage website and marketplace day-to-day operations (e.g., respond to orders).
• Reply to chats on MPs and admin phone (WA).
• Assist to upload and update product listings regularly on marketplaces.
• Upload banners and promotions on MPs.
• Pack products for customers across all channels.
• Ensure AVA: Availability, Visibility, Accessibility of assortments.
• Create collections / categorize products.
• Report to Ecommerce Manager/SM.
• Develop creative and strategic thinking with strong customer orientation.
